Tower Arctic Ltd. has successfully completed, for government and private owners, over fifteen hundred Arctic projects, designed and built to take into consideration the special environmental requirements of the region, i.e., permafrost, extreme low temperatures, high winds and difficult logistic support.
Tower Arctic Ltd. is continuously active in heavy, civil and building construction projects with its Head Office and base facilities in Iqaluit, Nu. Over the years, projects have included commercial and industrial buildings, institutional and residential construction, subdivision development including aggregate production and road building, water and sanitary distribution systems, reservoirs, water treatment facilities, pipelines, bulk fuel facilities, airports and port facilities.
Tower Arctic Ltd. is a fully registered Inuit owned company, listed with NTI and recognized under the N.N.I. Business Incentive Policy of the Government of Nunavut, with an excellent reputation for promoting local interests.
On all Tower Arctic Ltd. projects, we endeavor and continue to exceed the stipulated Inuit involvement requirements contractually set out in the project documents. We achieve this through the hiring of local skilled workers and or through, on the job training programs. Our over 70 year record of achieving high Inuit involvement on project work, speaks for itself.

Most recently, Tower Arctic Ltd. successfully completed the entire replacement of the existing water and sanitary system for the community of Resolute Bay. The project required the maintenance of a fully operational system during the replacement of all mainlines, eighty-nine (89) water and sanitary services to residential, commercial and municipal buildings along with the installation of thirty-seven (37) access vaults. Tower Arctic Ltd. remains continually active in Iqaluit providing urgent repairs and modifications to the City of Iqaluit’s utilidor infrastructure and aggressively pursues all government and private sector projects that involve water and sanitary distribution systems
